Magnus Gewert
CEO AND PARTNER
Process consultant in the field of pensions and benefits. Registered insurance intermediary, as the law states that consultants who compile supporting data for decision-making in respect of pensions must be under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Certified coach and trainer in the field of change competence. In his role as consultant/owner of Gewert Advice AB and as a commentator, Magnus has contributed to developing the ability of employers to understand their commitments and to specify requirements for offerings from the insurance industry. The objective is, via Compensation & Benefit Consulting, to develop employers’ control of personnel costs primarily via the pay structure process. The setting of pay often has a hidden, but direct link to the costs of pensions, benefits and incentives.
Carin Dannert
Carin has close to 20 years’ experience from different managing positions and 15 years’ experience from working with leadership-, organisational-, and alternation questions from private and public sector. Established Aptus One 1999 which Heartpace bought 2014. Carin is today a partner at Heartpace which develops a digital tool within Performance Management. As a HR Management consultant Carin has developed and implemented a number of different strategical HR processes for small and large businesses and organisations. She has been project manager for stocktaking together with procurement of IT-support, telephony and security routines. Carried through reorganisations, processes of decommissioning and several trade-union negotiations. On a regular basis Carin is advisor to directors and management teams in different strategical HR questions. Initiator and co-author of the book “Sex på jobbet – en ledarskapsfråga!” (Ekerlids förlag, 2001).

Dan Zetterberg
CONSULTANT AND TEAM LEADER
Analyst specialising in the pension commitments of businesses and calculating pension expenses. Over the course of nine years as an insurance mathematician, Dan has contributed to analysing and simulating outcomes for a large number of business operations in both private and public sectors. In his role as a consultant, he has contributed to company and business management teams making informed decisions about pensions and insurance policies, thus contributing to profitability.
Anders Kindlund
PROCESS-ORIENTED CONSULTANT AND MANAGEMENT TRAINER
Process-oriented consultant and management trainer in the field of differentiated pay structures. Since 2014 he has been working primarily with the public sector. There has been an increasing focus on mechanisms that help managers to feel more confident in differentiating their pay structure. This enhances the prospects of retaining those who are performing particularly well, while those who are not achieving their goals receive clear feedback and notice that this is affecting their pay. Anders is a qualified psychologist. Worked as HR Director with global responsibility for around 16 years, acquiring solid experience of working with HR matters at Group level.
Samuel Joelsson
CONSULTANT
Consultant in mapping out clients’ system support needs and also helping to develop/customise system support for clients’ HR processes, with a special focus on payroll management. In his role as HR Manager at Söderberg & Partners, Samuel realised that the range of payroll systems in the market did not meet the needs of the rapidly-expanding Group. The challenge of meeting the Group’s own needs, as well as those of other clients, caused him to leave the HR role and focus on developing system tools, the results of which include S&P Payroll.
Peter Caspersson

Graduate from the HR and Working Life study programme and holds an Executive MBA. Has worked in senior positions such as Human Resources Manager, Administrative Manager and CEO, and has been a consultant for more than 15 years. Experience of business sector in multinational groups of companies.
Karl Norling
Junior consultant
Student with previous experience as a manager with staff liability and holder of different leading positions within the retail industry. In the role as a junior consultant at Compensations & Benefit Consulting Karl supports the company as an assisting project manager.
Kent Andersson
Tax expert and responsible for tax advisory at Söderberg & Partners, Special Clients. Kent has been working for more than 25 years with business related tax matters and the individuals behind, international taxation etc. with experience from both Skatteverket and the business sector. As a tax expert he contributes with expertise regarding taxation of incentive programs, allowing the employer to get a complete decision basis and a correct picture of the meaning and limits of separate regulations, something that is of crucial meaning for both employer and employee.

Helena Elfström
GROUP BUSINESS CONTROLLER & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Business Controller who works project and process based to meet internal and external demands on monitoring different KPI:s within the group. In close cooperation with Söderberg & Partners CFO Helena has developed decision basis for different types of staff key performance indicators. Within the concern and with its quick development she has since 2016 been the hub between HR and Finance.
